Guests can collect their apartment keys from 11:00 on the day of arrival if they need to drop off luggage. However, there is no guarantee that the apartments will be fully cleaned and prepared until 16:00. Please note that the individual apartments do not have a reception. Please note that smoking is only permitted on the balconies. Guests arriving after 22:00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 20.
