Located within a small, nostalgic village, between the cities of Heidelberg, Mannheim and Schwetzingen, this peaceful hotel is easily accessible yet removed from traffic noise. The hotel is now being run by the fourth generation of its family owners. Regular events and themed evenings are held at the hotel, such as "French night", "Latin night", "chestnut festival" or the "Tanz in den Mai" on the last night of April. Parties of all sizes can be held at the hotel, whether in the cosy Brennerstube dining area or the 200-seater barn. The hotel also offers modern conference rooms for up to 45 participants.

The hotel is surrounded by meadows and fields, which invite you to go for a pleasant walk. Discover Heidelberg’s Old Town (7km), with its renowned palace, or visit the beautiful Luisenpark in Mannheim (15km). The Roman towns of Speyer and Ladenburg are also well worth a visit, as are the palace gardens of Schwetzingen. Golf fans can improve their swing on courses at Oftersheim, Mannheim-Viernheim or St. Leon Rot.

Savour the delicious creations of chef Javier Brisotto and his team. Lovingly prepared dishes can be enjoyed in the 40-seater gourmet restaurant, in the conservatory pavilion or in the charming beer garden framed by sandstone walls. Fresh, regional cuisine is combined with Mediterranean influences here, and complemented by high-quality wines. Most of the meats, vegetables and other products come from the region. Guests are invited to take their pick from the breakfast buffet each morning. During the summer, this can also be enjoyed in the garden. Coffee and home-made cakes are available in the afternoon.
